Our Originators maintain more transactional authority with no managerial influence to use an in-house correspondent division or bank product.

ABOUT MARIA MARRIOTT
I was born in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and moved to the US in 1991 a few years after receiving my BA in Communications. Since then, I’ve worked in several industries including marketing, business recruiting and currently I’m a Certified Mortgage Planner working at First Priority Financial in Roseville,CA. Throughout my career, my goal has been to use all my skills towards helping others.
I have been blessed with a wonderful husband who I’ve been with for the past 20 years and have two beautiful children who make me smile every day!
I often tell my friends how passionate I am about helping people move from “house” to “homes” and how I consider myself blessed to be working in a professional that can be extremely challenging and rewarding at the same time.
My daily business is about growing the relationships I’ve developed with my clients, business partners and associates. I committed myself of live up to my word and give my clients the attention and dedication they deserve.
Through trust and commitment to others, I’ve built a business that is 95% based on referrals from satisfied clients, Realtors and Financial Planners and I’m excited to say that a large number of people I’ve helped are now my personal friends.
